I’m Ralph J Ramirez… I’ve been liv­ing in the Col­orado Springs area since 1994.. and have started and owned my own oper­a­tion since 1994. I not only sell home improve­ment prod­ucts and ser­vices. Orig­i­nally this new site devel­oped through our par­ent com­pany Green­houses Del Sol Inc.. which began in 1994. As of recent,  the many improve­ment projects that we have accom­plished has cre­ated a need to focus solely on Home Improve­ments. Since this is where the major­ity of our vis­i­tors are more focused.

I thought it would be appro­pri­ate to name this new chap­ter.. Home­stead Design. A name that exem­pli­fies the task of improv­ing your home with care, expe­di­ency and qual­ity. We are licensed con­tract / builders, insured and have many ref­er­ences in our local mar­ket… Offer­ing an hon­est deal, qual­ity work for all Home Improve­ment projects…

We han­dle each project from con­cept to com­ple­tion on a local level and can pro­vide assis­tance to those that can pro­vide their own ser­vices, if so desired…?
